What forces are the gas springs available in?
300–1200 N; [GA-525](https://www.stanmekanizma.com/en/u/GA-525/) comes in 600, 800, 1000 and 1200 N. Stock forces are marked in the force selector on each product page: 450, 750, 1000 and 1200 N for [GA-360](https://www.stanmekanizma.com/en/u/GA-360/), and 800, 1000 and 1200 N for [GA-385](https://www.stanmekanizma.com/en/u/GA-385/) and [GA-405](https://www.stanmekanizma.com/en/u/GA-405/). Other forces are made to order.
How do I choose the gas spring force?
Bed lifts use two gas springs per set, and the force is part of the order code (e.g. [BL-100](https://www.stanmekanizma.com/en/u/BL-100/)-KZS/750-T). Gas spring force and length are agreed with you at the quotation stage, based on the mattress and bed base weight; ask us.
What are the gas spring end fittings?
ø21 tube, ø10 rod and ø8 eye ends (KB8 / D8); [GA-460](https://www.stanmekanizma.com/en/u/GA-460/) has a D10 end. For the ball-stud (click) [BL-100](https://www.stanmekanizma.com/en/u/BL-100/)-U, use the C10 plastic socket end and add -C10 to the gas spring code.
What is the YY-500 spring for?
[YY-500](https://www.stanmekanizma.com/en/u/YY-500/) is the extension spring for the [SL-450](https://www.stanmekanizma.com/en/u/SL-450/) Small Storage Hinge. It is sold separately, two per set, so the order has two lines: SL-450 + YY-500.
