# Furniture mechanism manufacturer

We make bed lift, storage, sofa bed and seating mechanisms at our plant in Gebze, Türkiye, with our own tooling. Design, tooling, pressing and assembly all happen under one roof.
Today we make 48 models in 6 product families, the same product under the same code for the home market and for export.

## Company profile

STAN is the brand of İstanbul Piston ve Bağlantı Elemanları Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi, founded in Gebze, Türkiye, in 2020. The company is a member of the Gebze Chamber of Commerce and works directly with furniture makers, wholesalers and export customers.

## Production

Our 2,000 m² plant brings the tool shop, press shop, riveting assembly line and packing together under one roof. Mechanism tooling is made in our own tool shop; sheet parts are formed in the press shop, assembled as sets on the riveting line and packed. Because every step is in-house, dimensional consistency, surface quality and lead time are managed by one team.

## How we work

Every model has a permanent product page and an order code; sheet thickness, finish, mounting and packing options are added to the code. Technical drawings, installation guides and motion videos are ready on each product page; for a sample, write to us with the product code.
